To me, the reference to the Republican Party is the key.

Brennen doesn’t give a Rat’s A$$ about the Republican Party.

Brennan just issued indirect threats to Ryan and McConnell. I am positive Brennan has dirt on both of them. Brennan just said: “Either help me stop Trump and cover up our crimes, or I will spill the dirt on both of you.”
