I wonder why no politicians — local, state, or national — ever get messed up by pretend doctors like this one?

If ObamaCare had gone all the way, these pretend doctors would have been in high cotton.

And I bet there would have been enclaves of non-social-promotion (a/k/a "real") doctors operating in off-shore clinics in the Caribbean and elsewhere, for those Americans who could pay.
