Can’t buy back what you never owned.

Usually you can’t buy back what you did own, unless the new owner is willing.

The 2nd Amendment is not for sale.

You legally own a weapon now banned and decide not to “sell” your property to the government in a buy back. You keep your weapon in a locked safe in your home. If the authorities through an anonymous tip decide to search your home, will they have a warrant? What crime have you committed other than owning now banned property? To me this is little different than the Nazis kicking in your door looking for an “illegal “ radio and sending you off to a concentration camp if they find one. Pure fascism.

” But what about the sentimental value I attach to the gun?”

You won’t get anything for sentimental value in court, and I doubt you’d get anything in a buy-back.

I saw the segment. Swalwell is one of the biggest pieces of excrement to foul the halls of Congress in some time. What a disgraceful POS.

“Swallwell got himself a lot of free face time on Tucker tonight.”

That is what is known as keeping the base motivated. That is so be raised my blood pressure but good, I damn near threw a brick at my TV. I will literally crawl over broken glass to vote so that people like him have no real power.

[[Guns are not the problem. Guns in the hands of persons with mental health issues is the problem.]]

Correct- but the insane left think that the solution to keeping people with mental health issues from committing murder is to remove all guns from law abiding citizens- making it harder for the mentally ill to get them-

It is a clear violation of the second amendment to impose such a scenario

He was quite rude to the host.

Every time Tucker was making an excellent point, Swalwell interrupted with a rehearsed question.

Note to Tucker. Don't let professional weasels sidetrack you; always return to your (most excellent) point before answering.

Also, it's okay to remind guests to be courteous; and, that if they interrupt, everyone knows that he's afraid of your issue and point. (Nice interview, however.)

“..I damn near threw a brick at my TV.”

I heaved a TV out onto the concrete patio breaking it to smithereens in the middle of a Jimmah Cahtah blather back in 1977. Never been fond of Democrats.

“I will literally crawl over broken glass to vote so that people like him have no real power.”

Amen.

"...Representative Swalwell..."

There is nothing more dangerous than an immature 30-something millennial on a federal-level power trip.

I wouldn’t necessarily say ‘empty-handled’.

Anyone can look at the issue and say that banning the sale of any bullet that would work with the AR15 or ‘crisis-guns’ would be a logical move. You’d have people manufacturing their own ammo, but the cut on sales would probably settle the problem in less than a year.

Course, you’d go to your local ‘dealer’ and purchase ammo but it’d be double and triple of what you pay currently.

If you use the FBI figures....particularly in Chicago deaths...95-percent are handgun deaths...NOT assault weapons. All this assault rifle chatter is worthless.

I was looking the other day at Alabama statistics for 2015, and came to note that 24-percent of all deaths that involved a weapon, came to it being a relative who shot you. Maybe we should ban relatives as well.

Banning relatives would be an excellent idea. At least in many modern families.

ARs are not “assault weapons” any more than a typical Browning, Remington, or Winchester semi-automatic rifle. Only the military has assault weapons.

Swalwell made a total ass of himself on Tucker tonight and Tucker led him all the way.

This man is totally insane, like that Dem Painter in New Mexico. Freud is having orgasm wanting to question them. He’s never heard such insanity in his life and he wants to write a book about them entitled “Too Crazy to Categorize”.

Rural King is the best store I have ever been in. Unfortunately, the nearest location to me is about 50 miles away.

I’d like to have seen Tucker ask those questions, too. But whatever question was asked, Swalwell responded with diversionary, fast talking hysterics. Examples: Tucker - "Why can't I have the same kind of gun that's used to protect you." Swalwell - "Children are dying!" Tucker - "You've got body guards." Swalwell -- "They're not body guards, they're police officers! You're denigrating police officers! My father was a police officer! ..."

So, I don't think it would have mattered what questions were asked; the responses would have been the same.
