I think the press/government collusion can operate below the management level. Jake Tapper is a deep state agent, for example, and would follow the pattern even if Zucker was a radical conservative.

CNN is cable an not under the control of the FCC.
FEC is Federal Election Commission and there WAS collusion with the media by the Obamunists to bias the election. Consider it a campaign contribution and prosecute. Oh wait, even illegal campaign contributions by foreign powers to Democrats aren’t prosecuted as crimes with jail time. Nevermind and disband the worthless FEC.
