It just seems that you think everyone in this whole saga has clean hands except Trump. To me, that discredits anything you have to say about the entire site.

I've been here since 2000 and I've got more than 75,000 posts to my name, so I'll let my track record here stand on its own.

I don't think Trump has "dirty hands" at all. And I don't think anyone else necessarily has clean hands, either. I just look at the evidence before us and base everything I say on the facts as we know them. The roles of Rosenstein and Mueller are a complete mystery to me here, due to the lack of solid evidence and the conflicting information I've seen about them.

I've been saying for more than a year that Trump barely even gives a sh!t about Mueller. When you watch or hear him in a public forum, do you ever get a sense that he's acting like someone feels threatened in any way? His supporters are more concerned about this bullsh!t than he is ... and he likes it that way!

Good to know mind reading is one of the skills you developed over the approximately 4100 posts you make here annually. I'll keep that in mind.

It doesn’t take a mind reader to know that. Just read his Twitter feed. LOL.

What White Water crimes were the Clinton prosecuted or found guilty of?

The Clinton associates McDougals and Web Hubbles were sacrificed for the clintons with the rose law firm.

Can't play that game. For what crimes was the President charged with or convicted of regarding Whitewater? That was the underlying basis of Fiske and later Starr. I could see Hillary because of her involvement with the Rose law firm. But that could have been handled as a normal prosecution. But it wasn't.

But neither Clinton was ever charged or convicted of any wrong doing in the Whitewater investigation after two special prosecutors.

“Mueller’s appointment violates the Appointments Clause. Mueller would’ve had to be nominated for Senate confirmation like any other principal officer in the Executive Branch. Rosenstein did not have the constitutional power to appoint a principal officer on his own anymore than the President himself does”

Well according to U.S. District Judge Amy Berman Jackson,

“The appointment of the Special Counsel was squarely within the Acting Attorney General’s authority and consistent with the Department’s Special Counsel regulations,” the motion argued. “And the Special Counsel is properly operating within the scope of his authority, including with respect to Manafort’s ongoing criminal prosecution.”

According to Berman, the authority of the Attorney General Sessions through Rosenstein can be assigned to Mueller ?

One thing is obvious, Jeff Sessions should resign.

Mafafort didn't make that argument in the civil case. Just that Mule team was operating outside of the scope letter and justice department guidelines. His lawyer makes the case in a brief that Mule team has no lawful authority to come after him, not that his position is unconstitutional.

Well from my perspective the scope is crucial to the constitutionality of a Special Council. It would seem that Judge Ellis alludes to this in questioning whether Mueller’s has unfettered power. But what strikes me is how Sessions has turn over his authority of Attorney General to Rosenstein and does nothing to resolve this mess.
If Mark Levin is correct about constitutionality where is the do nothing Attorney General Sessions?

for me the jury is still out on Sessions but it’s hard when we really don’t know if the plan went into effect when he recused himself for the others to hang themselves.

“for the others to hang themselves”

Give a thief enough rope and he’ll hang himself ?

You wonder. Have to say that Trump seems to have been pretty cool in all of this.

The problem is if Sessions resigns or is fired, RR runs the JD until the next election. Not good....
