When a woman accuses a man of sexual assault, she is putting his wife, children, family, job, home, belongings, and community standing on the line.
The penalty for this should be a minimum five years in prison. If it were ten, I probably wouldn’t get upset over it.

Laws need to be changed to account for how easily false accusations can be made due to how much trouble and damages it can cause the victim.
Something like the False Accuser (this one case here is easily proved) getting charged and with a penalty equivalent to that of the false crime being accused - years in jail.
Especially with the current leftist social manipulations which ‘lock down’ the accused’s life ‘at the drop of a hat’/merest allegation. There NEEDS to be a counterbalancing mechanism to make any potential False Accuser think twice about committing this kind of crime.
Our Courts already are overloaded, and a there is a general lack of ‘timely justice’ even to dismiss such allegations, and it is used as a bludgeoning tool by intentionally dishonest malefactors and leftist miscreants.
