Just saw a story on this. There is a question the DA office is looking into whether she filed an official complaint or if this was purely social media.
If the latter this may play out in civil court only (including the state suing for extra protection needed for the trooper and another with the same last name).
I am sure this chick and her lawyer are in MASSIVE hot water and this will NOT go away.
