Before we get to a shooting war, how about wielding the greatest power we have. Our purchasing power. Conservatives should not fund the LEFT even if it means disrupting our lives.

Oh, I completely agree with you, but it’s easier said than done. I’ve almost given up on encouraging my family to stop patronizing leftists retailers and businesses. We conservatives have become culpably lazy about doing anything of substance.

Conservatives have the terrifying power to shape the economy and public policy by our consumer dollars, and to do so in record time. But we don’t.

This is close to killing the host to kill the parasite, if I am reading your suggestion correctly. From a retail perspective, this is difficult as it is difficult if not impossible to find the political leanings of every retail owner. From a national perspective, taxation is the necessary evil that our country exists upon. You cannot simply stop paying taxes because some of what we pay goes to causes we disagree with. There is a possible recourse given the ruling on Union dues but imposing that ruling on taxation is a Constitutional Amendment issue and would probably be thrown out of court. So what is left? Violent confrontation to those who are domestic enemies of the Constitution. The trip line for that is rapidly approaching but excruciatingly difficult to see.
