To: The Toll

That’s just about everything I have trouble with on this situation. I don’t see a crime. If there is a crime, I don’t see any real chance that it can be proven. It’s possible that one or more actresses came to his room expecting a verbal (oral?) contract with a promise of a role in return for their services and really were forcibly raped without getting that agreement or giving consent, but how do you prove that? How do you prove it’s not just gross people being gross?

She offered her honor.
He honored her offer . . .

Yep. You can charge her with prostitution and him for soliciting. Make them both look bad. Pay a fine.move on.
