In the 80’s we had an embargo on DEC computers especially the VAX computer to Russia. VAX’s were used to design high speed drill bits. Russia needed them to go deeper to produce more oil as that is their only economy. VAX’s were going through Finland illegally. Casey flew to Finland and met with the powers to be.
