With great presidents great things are possible. We just have them so rarely. I guess we will take a wait-and-see on this. Can’t imagine the generals going for it or Kim giving up that kind of power.

He is western educated and knows how good life can be.
He can be an utter despot like his dad and grandad, but constant threat of a coup can be wearing.
