It seems to me that the phony fast Muslims have for Ramadan only lasts for 15-18 hours a day, so the prison is not feeding them pork products for 15-18 hours a day. Sounds fair.
If this is in Alaska, move them far enough North so that the Sun doesn’t set. Then the point of what to feed them after sunset becomes moot.
