He’s a lawsuit guy too,always taking his ex to court-—just reading about him made my blood boil.

After reading all that, it sounds a lot worse than everyone’s letting on. I hope they are all protecting themselves because this guy is a time bomb waiting to go off.
The judge should terminate all visitation rights. No good can come of this character having contact with the son. The court should do everything it can to give the mother the freedom to move far away from this guy if she so chooses.
My old man warned me never to sue anybody (this was 40 years ago). “But dad - what if it is for a legitimate reason?” “Well - you better think long and hard about it. It could ruin future employment, renting property, doing business with others - all sorts of things.” I’m not sure how correct he was - but I can see his point.
I’m not sure what brought about the comment. It would have been about the time his business partner backed out early on a contract on a large site they were developing. Left my dad holding all of the debt. In the end though my dad made out a lot better - getting to keep all of the profit. I know my mom was really mad at the partner, while my dad was slightly miffed.
