Based on the judges ruling with regards to trumps Twitter account, I would think that the only restriction Facebook could have would be whether the comments are legal or not. If someone makes an actionable threat, Or promote illegal behavior or action, they could be censored. Beyond that, I don’t see that Facebook has any business saying what users can or cannot do, if such behavior is legal.

Not the same thing.

The Court ruled that Trump is a Public Official and therefore could not restrict others on Twitter.

FaceBook is a Private Platform.

Given the Courts ruling, I suspect a boat load of Conservatives will soon be trolling Pelosi, Schumer etc, Fair play
