“Unfortunately there’s no alternative in south Florida.”

Are you serious?

I have so many choices I assumed that everyone did.

There is not one farmer’s market in South Florida?

There is no independent butcher shop?

What about a Cuban grocery store like Fiesta the Mexican one in Texas?

The Hong Kong chain Wellcome (The misspelling is an intentional trademark) has an outlet in Houston, San Francisco, and several other US cities.

Walmart sells groceries and they deliver for free. You can order dry goods and staples from them and not have to leave your house.

Amazon delivers groceries too. You may not agree with their politics but it is an option and may be, at this point, less unpalatable than Publix.

There are options if you are willing to look for them
