Given the bomb-throwing proclivities of Irish terrorists which killed many innocent children, Ireland apparently chooses to relieve the IRA and its many spinoffs of the mission to kill as many of them as possible by getting them early and often.
The IRA were a nasty lot, but a study of their methods and practices is useful for all those who expect to lose freedom.
