It won’t hurt. Putting 1/3 in Austin, 1/3 in Grand Crossing and 1/3 in Woodlawn would be the most productive use of them.
most of the crime occurs in a few neighborhoods.
There is no privacy on public streets.
Can you imagine the graft possibilities from a contract to supply 30,000 cameras? Aldermen are salivating at the prospect.
