Outside of a couple of blocks, Baltimore has always been a sh*thole.

Even in colonial days it had a reputation for corruption.

That was part of the surprise of american victories during the war of 1812 there.

You got that right! Democrats have run Baltimore City, with a few exceptions, since the Civil War (27 Ds, 10Rs).

Nancy Pelosi, born and raised in Baltimore City, learned her LIEberal Democrat politics FRom her daddy! Born in 1940, she “grew up” during his reign as Mayor.
