Odd wording. If Fred loans Joe ten bucks I would not say Fred gave Joe a loan of ten bucks. Would say Fred loaned Joe 10 bucks. Whats with the "gave" part? If Joe told Fred to pay the ten bucks to Sue. Then I might say Fred gave the loan to Sue...but I dont think they meant it that way. Seens they were just trying to make it sound like a bribe rather than just speaking plainly

If Obama was dealing 100% the way Trump has been with China, the Dims would be applauding.
The “Russian” thing is running out of steam, or possibly heading to worse than just derailment, so the poor Dims have to dish up some new matter of their “concern” to keep the anti-Trump drums beating in the media that lies prostrate and submissive before them.
