There already is evidence of law breaking and the best way to handle it is NOT a special counsel but with grand juries and indictments.
Special counsels are cash cows for lawyers.
BTW, who is going to appoint the special counsel?...The ones who should be arrested and prosecuted, that's who.

Obama weaponized the tools of Government—like he did the IRS to slay the Tea Party. My bet—its the tip of the iceberg of corruption. Obama may well have killed folks too—Breitbart? Kennedy? It’d be really nice if folks would stop using the term, Informant, with regards to who the FBI planted in the Trump campaign. An informant is someone that comes forward with information, is willing to snitch on folks, is working off a charge, something more along the lines of a, whistleblower.
What the FBI did was plant an undercover asset, either an agent or someone else, with the express purpose of spying. Something that is done based on probable cause, thru the verification of facts and evidence. Something that never existed in this case. They and the people that ordered and orchestrated this, committed crimes.
Eventually they will get their just punishment, maybe not on this earth. I am sure you know who I am talking about.

Carter was a “former” President during the Reagan Administration. Carter appointed himself a US diplomat conducting his own foreign policy, most of which was anti-American in it’s tone and direction. (2) When Trump re-nominated Huber, every Democrat in the Senate voted for him.
(3) Huber was selected as a Special Investigator by Jeff Sessions, the same guy who selected Rod Rosenstein for Deputy A.G.
