Trace all that back to Obama, Clinton and the DNC and it's kind of a big deal.The article says that the Reagan admin spied on Jimmy Carter. There were stories that J Edgar Hoover acted as he was above the 4th amendment. Obama was the worst I know of though.

Carter was a “former” President during the Reagan Administration. Carter appointed himself a US diplomat conducting his own foreign policy, most of which was anti-American in it’s tone and direction. No wonder they kept tabs on the Planters” guy. He was a private citizen not a US Government Diplomat.
