Yes. It would be hugely telling if virtually ALL of the significant GOP candidates were spied on by Obama — EXCEPT little Jebbie. Because he was just the designated loser and no one expected him to win the general election. Carson, Cruz, Trump and some others were a threat — so spy on them. The GOP “frontrunner”?? Not a threat.
