There is no way that the Obama White House was out of the loop for any of this.

I'm sure we will get there, but it's really politically difficult to start tearing down the first black president. He's a crook, he's a foreigner, he's a muslim, he's just bad in so many ways ... when people really see it, heads will explode and maybe more than heads.
