Do not understand your post.
You imply that the Mexican people are either unwilling or unable, i.e too dumb or too lazy to change their country so the oligarchs run free. But in reality I’d have to say you’re right. I’m not saying you’re racist but I’ll tell you flat out, I despise Mexico and Mexicans.
