This merely eliminates the injuncntion and the case proceeds in trial court. It’s not over by long shot.

What’s really interesting is that the four pro-abortion Justices could have forced an acceptance of this case. I think they didn’t because the 8th Circuit decision is only binding within that Circuit.
If the four liberals had voted to grant a hearing, Planned Parenthood would lose and the subsequent decision would be binding in every state that passed the same law.
The fight for right to life is winning.
