I do wish she’d make good friends with some of them SOON so she’ll leave my lap alone. Every time she jumps up, there are new needle-claw pokes in my legs. Ouch!
At least she isn’t intimidated by the others, like some were when they first arrived. An easy integration into the “herd”.

Yep, most of the time these days is spent under the shade. We’re into summer you know.

Wish we could see the moon here tonight. Haven’t gotten much rain at all out of the storm system but there are plenty of clouds. Darn the luck.

Gizmo is not a water dog. He does drink water though.

She’s gonna be fine. She is grateful and you’ll know it. I had a rescue like that and she was always so sweet and gentle.
Nighty-night. I have been trying to go forever, but had to see the very last minute of the CB video when they all left. Sad. And the lave was really getting good, too. LOL!

Not many like bath water any time of the year. LOL
Heck, I’ve been a pin cushion for years. Always someone reaching up to get my attention by poking with a claw or two. LOL! But in Suvi’s case, it’s all four feet worth of claws every time she jumps up. *sigh*
She’s very sweet and should grow up to be a wonderful cat, as long as she doesn’t buddy up with one of the buttheads, like Lorien or Lake, to name a couple. She doesn’t need to pick up their bad habits or attitudes.
The end of the CB live stream was rough, wasn’t it. I was crying right along with them as they left their home. I hope it’s high enough up the hill to escape that massive lava flow so they have a home to go back to. No telling how high that mess will be by the time things calm down again.
I’ll miss watching the “show” after having it on my computer day and night the past two-plus weeks. It’s been an amazing thing to see though I hate the destruction it’s causing.

during the Ellicott City, MD flooding.
He was Nat'l Guardsman who jumped into
the raging waters to save a woman.
May God grant him a special place in Heaven.
