It’s so much easier and healthier to just eat fresh food instead of the garbage that trans-fats are used in.

What many people do not know is that trans fat content in food that is less than 0.5 g per serving may be rounded down on the product ingredients label to zero.

If there is “partially hydrogenated” anything in the list of ingredients, then the item contains trans-fats.

Yes and likely bland and/or boring.

I like foods that are not good for you. I am not a child that requires government over-lords to protect me.

I know what is “healthy” and what is not. I make a choice and the over-lords should not think for a moment that they control me.
