Didn’t the government say for about fifty years that if you eat butter, your arteries would harden into licorice ropes, and that healthy margarine (trans fat) was the way to go? Sorry if I’m unimpressed.

And don’t even think about eating eggs; THOSE things would KILL ya!
My principle issue with government good policy is that government even HAS food policy at all.
