Our property tax has gone up 900% over the past 20 years. Hard to believe people just keep taking this punitive BS. They'll eventually run out of patient people.

Most of it is not increased rates, but increased property values.
The house is worth more, but they still have to gripe about something.

That is exactly what is killing NJ; it isn’t just people running out of patience, but employers as well (they shoulder plenty of the property tax burden). When these municipalities offer tax incentives to companies to move in or stay, they screw the people even more.
