Here’s one hint: When women agree to sex, they feel there are specific parameters involved. Anything outside the parameters is assault.
For instance, the female feels anal sex is outside the wire and the male feels he can have anything he wants once it begins. This will sometimes include the male assaulting the female.
Leftist men now know that they, and their sons, are vulnerable, no matter how powerful they think they are.
“Due process” would throw out most date rape claims. The accuser would have to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that the sex was not consensual. Feminists would NOT be happy if the current standard of “believe the woman” is dropped.
This practice needs to come to an end. If it cannot be handled by the cops it isn’t worth continuing.

Sex must be very clinical and passionless for these women. They need to present a checklist before starting. So if the man fails to hit one of the items on the list, is he assualting her for not fulfilling the contract? If she wants him to hit a check box and he doesn’t, but she tells him that he must, is she guilty of assault?
They would never dream of telling the man what the parameters are. Men are just supposed to know what they are thinking.

It’s not that easy. I’m a fraternity adviser. One of the latest tricks is to yank the condom off during sex and climax inside the female, exposing her to whatever disease you might have. The female considers that “assault”. Then there is roofies, which look exactly like consensual sex the next morning.
In this case both parties were full-time students at Michigan State. Therefore MSU was able to handle the matter totally internally. What would have been the outcome if the male had not been a student at MSU yet every other detail of the incident remained the same? MSU would not have had any jurisdiction over the male. Then what recourse would the female have had? It appears her only option would have been to go to the police. Why should there be any legal difference in the two scenarios?
