"Trump knows that every other country is powerless to hurt us but we can sure hurt them."

Exactly. Lib/Socialists just can't get past their one-world feelings to understand macro-economics while sovereign nations still exist.

The idiot students with their socialist/marxist teachers still believe that BowingObama and his apology tour would lead to their Utopia. That's a main reason they hate Trump - he knows the rules. Those snowflakes will never understand that mankind is made up of different tribes - nations as it were. The most powerful tribe wins.

Bring on the trade war, Canada. BTW, take back your lousy actors and political pundits. You are becoming a Western European nation as many circle down the drain with their PC and accommodation to Muslim infiltration. Goodbye England, Belgium, Sweden, Italy, France, Germany, et al.

Hello Eastern Europe, come join us. You folks know what it's like to live under true oppression. Open your commerce and American investors will flood in!

Canada, please jack up lumber prices to the point it’s politically agreeable to put spotted owl on the menu and renew the Pac.NW timber industry.

Canadian mining stocks are crashing, HARD. I guess this means we can reopen the Northern Range iron mines again, creating good- paying AMERICAN JOBS again!

“Which begs the question...... who wants an American car?

I think the market is for pick ups and Jeeps”

Ford doesn’t think anyone in America wants a car... :-)

American Petroleum Institute just issued a statement saying that 77% of the steel used in drilling and pipelines in America is imported, and that this will raise prices.

HELLO???
McFly!!!

This is exactly the reason these tarriffs are needed!

I know there are plenty of normal people in Canada. I’d trade 100 liberals for just one Canadian ally.

actually, i think this is part of the pressure Trump is putting on Mexico and Canada to renegotiate (or terminate) NAFTA, namely to spark a mini-trade-war, that is, I think Trump WANTS these fools to retaliate. BTW, guess who loses the most in a mini-trade-war:

A. USA

B. Canada and Mexico

All those countries know that our markets are golden to them while they restrict our exports and protect their businesses. Mexico and China are the worst.
