Canada, Mexico, and Europe want the threat of tariffs OFF the table, before they want to negotiate.
Which really means that they just want to slow roll the whole thing until Trump is gone.

The EU imposes much higher tariffs on US goods than we do with imports from them. The US is the least protectionist country in the world. It is time to level the playing field.
It seems that it hasn’t occurred to them yet that Trump is not a career politician and is very financially savvy.
