At least for awhile, because the Wise Latrina has a serious problem with Type I Diabetes, so she may not get to run out her 30 year tour of duty. Someone has a device that reads one’s blood sugar continuously. Don’t know if there’s something that automatically gives you insulin (besides a pump, I think), but sounds like Diabetes 1 will soon not be a problem.
