I believe she was there. May be they are using the law that allows you to be charged with murder even if you are only an accomplice.

She may have been over-charged in an effort to get her to talk more. I'm only speculating here.

I heard or read that she watched Wiggins kill Sgt. Baker, then fled and hid under a house.

She had said that Wiggins was on meth all night prior to the shooting. I’m guessing that she was part of the meth fest.

They said they found Wiggins this morning laying by the road not far from where the shooting occurred.
