The decision to relocate to the Mandate of Palestine had many roots, but was in some senses reckless. A people whose future consists of perpetual war may eventually tire of it.
My own opinion is that the Jews of Israel who survive the first successful attack are going to wind up being relocated (again) and that it would be wise to have a contingency plan in place to accomplish this with as few losses as possible.
That's exactly why Islam is confident it will prevail over America. Jews everywhere have lived on such an edge for three thousand years.
