From the beginning, D’Souza has argued the charges brought against him were politically motivated and used as a way to stifle his political activism against the Obama administration and the Left. Documents from the case back up this assertion and show Department of Justice prosecutors misled a federal judge in an effort to get D’Souza a harsher prison sentence.
Now, he’s speaking out about the situation.

You and I both know that the Kenynaesian Usurper could not have committed all of those crimes without the assistance of the GOP, but there are many who refuse to see that both parties colluded to violate the Constitution.
I think a lot of people saw this hence Trump victory.

What the Obama Regime did to D’Souza is a long list of thug tactics used against Americans. The Deep State tactics used against Trump have Zer0’s fingerprints all over them. In doing so, Zer0 sabotaged the working of a free state for the purposes of creating a Marxist system.

While I can certainly understand any conservatives who would object on the basis of opposing government waste and abuse of tax payers, I wouldn’t mind seeing the Trump Justice Department settle with Dinesh for the criminal behavior of the previous administration against him with a $100M settlement. And I’d love to see the movies he would make with such a payout. It would also be hilarious to see liberal heads exploding everywhere, including Obama’s.
I doubt there will be such a big payout (if any) since the current administration settled with Tea Party groups for a few million for being illegally targeted by the IRS during the Obama era of gangster government.
Obama / Holder arranged for Billions of dollars in settlement money to be funneled to liberal groups as slush funds even though those groups had nothing to do with the suits. They were literally doing corporate shakedowns for billions and extorting companies for billions under color of law. But this is par for the course in Obamaland.

Meanwhile there are a million or more Obama political victims who have not been pardoned and against whom political charges still stand.
Every person prosecuted by the Obama DoJ should be released - ALL cases under Obama’s thoroughly political operations are tainted.
