Lesson learned. Keep lights in working condition. Keep tag clean of mud. Keep inspection sticker up to day. Obey all traffic signs and rules of the road if you have bodies back at your house.

In this case I’m glad that he was too stupid, lazy, whatever, to tend to these things. Who knows how many more victims he might have racked up, for that matter, we still may not know. They don’t usually get caught at the first few.
