While I don’t have a preblem with the photo, it should be easy to trace the photo back and see who leaked it. I would love to see the leaker punished. Bigly.

Run a full page ad in every newspaper south of El Paso, all the way to Terre del Fuego, with the picture above the fold. Add the headline, "These criminals will be SHOT, for sneaking into our country!"
(We don't have to actually shoot them, but the perception, that the US is Ultimate Evil, might keep some of the slower ones from trying.)
