Samantha Bee’s apology for calling Ivanka Trump a “feckless c–t” was too little, too late for sponsor Autotrader. The “Full Frontal” host can’t really afford to lose any more advertisers, because based on the below TV ratings, TBS has already absorbed a blow in ad revenue generated by her weekly time slot.
Year-to-date, Bee’s Nielsen ratings are down 34 percent among adults ages 18-49, which is the demographic most-coveted by primetime advertisers. Isolating just millennials, a label assigned to adults ages 18-34, she’s shed a whopping 47 percent — or nearly half — of her 2017 viewership.
In terms of total viewers, “Full Frontal” is down 29 percent year over year.
TBS has since scrubbed Wednesday’s entire episode from the internet, but here is Bee’s original remark in full: “Let me just say, one mother to another, do something about your dad’s immigration practices you feckless c-t!” said Bee. “He listens to you. Put on something tight and low cut and tell your father to f-ing stop it. Tell him it was an Obama thing and see how it goes.”

Before this unattractive, unfunny, gross, and vulgar “comedienne” said these awful things about our beautiful President’s daughter, maybe 3 people probably had heard of her. Now she’s getting tons and tons of publicity that she is totally undeserving of. What a stinking shame that her name’s getting bounced around anywhere.
From the ads I’ve seen for her show the whole shctick is “I really hate Trump”. Anger generally isn’t funny.
Turner makes half it’s income from carriage fees that are paid by satellite and cable companies for the right to carry their channel. So they aren’t as dependent on ratings and ad revenue as most people believe, and that’s why they let crap like this go on, as long as it supports their agenda.
I’ve noticed that Conan O’Brien really went hard left after going to TBS.
As a result, I have not watched him in years and years. A few years ago, I saw maybe 3 minutes a couple of times and wrote him off for good.
The first half of his show was funny - about 15 years ago.
She’s at least as “talented” as Kathy Griffin. Maybe they should start a comedy team.

From the ads I’ve seen, Seth Myers is tbe same thing. Nothing but Trump bashing, delivered in a very smarmy manner. It doesn’t appear remotely funny and I have no interest in watching.
I wasn’t able to find which sponsors have ditched her. I know that I called Verizon and gave the rep a talking-to. Our contract is almost up so we’ll probably look for another provider.
I may have seen all of three minutes of O'Brien in my entire life....and that's primarily through promotional commercials.
It’s like all the late night hosts are in a competition to out-Left each other.
I have no use for that piece of crap. It got away with what it did. It is protected because there are no retributions for hating normal people. It and kathy griffin need to go to teheran for 1 year, where they will be well received.
