I would agree and just add that Mueller will continue to slow-walk his witch-hunt until just before the 2018 elections at which time he will issue the subpoena.

If Robert Mueller has any strategic bones in his useless body, he will shut down his “Special Counsel” investigation immediately...put his Obama/Clinton butt kissing tail between his legs and depart the scene for parts and sites unknown.
Why? Because 63,000,000 plus Americans have his number...and he is not the most liked or admired man in the USA nation. Retirement in a fine old age home would just be the perfect site for this low life, Democrat useless, hateful, human being.
It has been the DOJ’s position for quite some time that a President cannot be subpoenaed or indicted. There is only the impeachment process.
The President is not above the law but he is above the court system.

Nixon established what you do when you’ve screwed up as President, you honorably resign and save some face. Clinton established that Nixon got it wrong in a sense. He committed crimes while he was President, was impeached while he was President, and he still refused to leave. The Senate voted 50/50 for his removal and he still didn’t resign. Of course, Clinton has no honor. As an elected President though he did prove a point, you have been selected by the people and it’s up to the people to remove you from office.
The Congress and the Senate can attempt to remove you through impeachment, but will the people who elected you accept that impeachment? That’s something the Senate didn’t want to find out in 1999 and it’s highly unlikely they’ll want to find it out any time soon.
The President can not be removed from office. Impeachment exist as a tool for removal, but it’s never actually resulted in the removal of a President.
The impeachment was a farce. Ken Starr was the prudish Bad Cop who obsessed over sex, Bill Clinton was the woeful Good Cop who made a mistake.
Starr blocked Miguel Rodriguez from pursuing Vince Foster’s murder. Henry Hyde blocked Dave Schippers from doing the same. Both were Democrats actually striving to solve an obvious murder.
It was all staged: 50-50 made it look good. They all knew the Clintons conspired to commit murder; they all chose to cover it up to protect the UniParty.
