Narrow victory for cake baker.

No it's not. It's a warning to the commission to clean up its act, and rule consistently and not arbitrarily or capriciously. The majority note that the law in Colorado has changed from what was in place at the time. If I were a bakeshop, I would either sell folks what they want or close up shop altogether, not resting the security of my economic future on the sanctity of my faith based decisions.

Narrow Victory is how some in the press have reported this decision.

So Christian book stores should either be forced to sell Satanic, pornographic, sexually deviant material such as pedophilia, bestiality, necrophilia content or close up shop? They shouldn’t be allowed to morally object and refuse to carry such material? They should just close up shop if they refuse to carry it?
