It’s a pretty narrow decision based in large part on a perceived bias in the Colorado commission towards Phillps’ religious beliefs and the fact that gay marriage was illegal in Colorado at the time the cake was ordered. It’d be nice to think that this is the end of things but I expect that this is only the first time this gets taken to the Supreme Court and not the last.
Yes. But just think how ticked off the left is going to be on seeing the the headlines that it has been reversed. Their heads are going to explode!
