It isn’t a Word document. It has a prescribed, very clear Amendment process. The process is difficult. Intentionally so.
ERA was a pig in poke that died a deserved death. God know what abuses would have occurred under its provisions and (mis)interpretations to cover everything from gays to people who think they’re magpies.
OMG can you imagine what kind of idiocy would have become ‘rights’ to these gender-bender demons if the ERA had passed?

It was bad enough when it WAS proposed but never ratified by the states. Can you imagine what it would look like today if one was to be written? Scary!
