A key part of respecting the country is respecting the President. The response to being invited to the White House to meet the President should be to honor the position of the President, not who is in the role.
What’s ironic is that if any occupant of the Presidential role deserved disrespect, it was the Manchurian candidate, illegal alien, pro-communist BO.

And there’s a long list of things he and Soros or some Saudi dude and their lawyers managed to hide. So, not only is it ok to disrespect him when he was in office but it is quite patriotic.
