More squeeze from the cow’s rectum. I wonder if the morons who come up with this stuff really believe it or they’re just cynically taking advantage of subnormal hippie types to feather their own pockets at the taxpayers expense.

They have their one-size-fits-all policy recommendation (higher taxes and expanded government), so why shouldn’t we have ours (restrict immigration)?

Punch back twice as hard.

This guy is full of more crap than a Christmas Goose. Here’s a hint: they stopped calling it Global Warming and started calling it Climate Change because there was no warming.

And they always conveniently leave out the word, theory. I don’t care what they call it, it is a theory. An unproven theory.

Global Warming Theory
Climate Change Theory
All we really want to do is control every facet of your life Theory

Although that last one is more than a theory. Its the truth.

They are trying to backdoor communism without the revolution.

NOTHING that the United States congress, or any other governmental body on earth, can do to "solve" global warming.

On the contrary, True Believer Elon Musk (or one of 20 others) could put reflective grafitti in orbit over the poles. Depending on how much it reflects, the polar cap melting could be reversed and the polar ice increased. This is cheap.

More expensive, there could be a massive irrigation and greening of deserts such that they almost become tropical forests that soak up big CO2. Sea weed in the ocean could be greatly increased as a CO2 sink.

There are many real alternatives. Some cheap. Some expensive. That the true believers won't support any of them is proof that they don't want the problem solved. They want to use it as leverage to get things that have zero to do with climate change.

[[and a fee on carbon with proceeds returned to households meets those requirements. ]]

This is such BS- they are NOT going to return what they steal from you=- period! Once they have your money- you are NEVER going to see it again-

I'll be impressed when they can predict the cloud cover and precip six hours from now around the Great Lakes.

Of course, the warmers will say weather isn't climate. True, but they can't develop climate models any better they can develop weather models.

I love the “Can we all Agree that” then it’s yada yada yada. Let play. It’s really just a hoax or it’s a real problem. That puts half of all this in the trash.

in orbit over the poles

Can't be done. The center of an orbit needs to be the center of the earth.

They have about five more years to cut a deal. After that, they will get nothing. Time to settle cheap.

Suddenly they're in a bargaining mood, only they insist on a bad government one-size-fits-all deal. Here's a bargain: give cities unlimited power to pass carbon taxes and regulate carbon emissions within city limits in exchange for leaving the rest of us alone. 90% of Democrats live in cities. To seal the deal we should let Democrats ban all defensive weapon ownership within their urban concentration camps. It will make the surrender negotiations go more smoothly.

The funny thing is that democrats could switch from opposing fossil fuels to favoring them as quickly as they shifted on nuclear power. Equally amusing, there is a very strong conservative/nationalist case for shifting to renewable energy and eliminating oil. Imagine what would happen to the Arab world, and their funding for terrorism, if oil was a minor commodity used in specialty manufacturing instead of the center of the global economy. Democrats would freak out over the lost demand for oil if it hurt their anti-Western allies.

Blah blah blah.
Just saw an ice core reconstruction of world temperatures, and the steady decline of world temps can be seen. There are some high points (higher than current temperatures) and low points (mini ice age) but overall the greatest danger to humanity is the decrease in world temperatures accompanyied by an agricultural crash and famine. Billions will die

So fire up you barbecue and save the planet by burning some coal and driving to the beach in an SUV

The NOAA has been cooking the global temperature numbers for years, lowering past temps and raising current ones.

The climate warmists have zero credibility at this point.
