HAPPENING NOW: Police Chasing ‘Armored Personnel Carrier’ In Virginia

Officers were in pursuit of a Armored Personnel Carrier in Richmond Tuesday night.
According to local media, the stolen vehicle was traveling through the Dinwiddie area.
The armored vehicle is not believed to be equipped with any weapons.
No injuries have been reported.

Maybe an M113? An M113 apparently has a top speed of 42mph, an 80 gallon capacity, and at 3.8mpg, a maximum range of about 300 miles. It usually carries a 50BMG, but I don’t see one in the pic.
