If true fines were applied for each violation, they’d be out of business.

As well they should be. And apply “drug war” logic, the principals should suffer so-called “civil forfeiture” of their equipment, homes and cars all partially paid for by their ill-gotten gains. (On the backs of their illegal workers at the expense of American workers.)
