These policies have far-ranging consequences for decades into the future; every time a fake diploma or degree is handed out to a token, wheels are set in motion whereby that person is as qualified as anyone else with one - even if they actually earned it. Woe to anyone who doesn’t hire their fair share of fake graduates!
