The orders have gone out to the DNC Communications Division (aka the media) to diminish the Clinton’s and get them out of the spotlight.
That’s my take on it. They are trying to ENSURE they Clinton’s are DONE. They are a burden and a drain on the party. They are destroying any hope of hanging a “me too” narrative around the neck of Trump.
The orders may have gone out, but many of the troops have their old FBI files in the Clinton closet.
