President Trump begins speaking at about 3m 15s, just after the FEMA guy's opening remarks.
He took some to thank each cabinet member individually and say nice things about the job they were doing. Except for Sessions. The President gave him a very perfunctory "Thank you Jeff. Thank you very much."
President Trump, with the beautiful First Lady by his side, gave a lesson as to who the alpha male is. He humiliated Sessions in the most public way imaginable while the rest of the room looked on.
